오늘따라 전문가 답변란에 록인 할수없어서 그냥 네티즌 답변란에 씁니다.

크레딧 리포트에서 삭제 할수 있습니다.
FCRA(The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act) 에 의하면 , consumer reporting company 나 information provider 는 크레딧 리포트에 나와있는 잘못된 정보나 보고를 수정해야 할 책임이 있다고 되어있습니다
To take advantage of all your rights under this law, contact the consumer reporting company and the information provider. 각 크레딧 bureau에 보내실 때 꼭 certified mail로 보내시고 모든 서류는 카피를 만들어 잘 보관하세요.
일단 첫번째는 3 credit bureau에 dispute letter를 각 웹 싸이트에서 다운받아 보내세요.그리고 크레딧 리포트에 나와있는 negative item을 동그라미를 치시고 dispute letter와 같이 보내세요.

보내실 내용(sample letter)은 맨 아래 을 참고하세요.
Dispute letter 가 보내지면 법적으로 30일 이내에 조사하여 결과를 consumer에게 보내게 되어있습니다. 여기서 한가지 tip은 30일 이내 답장을 기다리지 마시고, 이주일(every 2 weeks)에 각 3 credit bureau에 dispute letter를 보내세요.
두번째는 문제가 되었던 creditor에게 dispute letter를 같은 방법으로 보내세요. (every 2weeks by certified mail)
세번째는http://www.ftc.gov/credit에 항의하세요.
계속 보내지는 dispute letter에 꼭 답장하게 되어있습니다.
답장을 못해줄 경우 credit report에서 삭제 하게 되어있습니다.
위의 방법은 제 손님들을 몇번 도와준 경험에 의한 것이오니 한번에 안되더라도 꾸준히 하시면

I am writing to dispute the following information in my file. I have circled the items I dispute on the attached copy of the report I received.
This item (잘못올려진 크레딧 카트 넘버와 회사이름) is inaccurate because I never received any bill from credit card company, they have a wrong billing address .As soon as I found out later, it was fully paid and has been closed. I am requesting that the item be removed to correct the information.
