현제 F1 비자인데 급여를 체크로 받았네요.

우선 회사이름의 체크이고 제 이름으로 되어 있는데,

이 체크를 제 은행에 넣게되면 나중에 영주권을 신청할 경우

문제가 될 수 있나요?

지인들의 의견이 다 틀려서 문의합니다.

F1 visa student can work only inside school or the job school approved out side school. if this is a one time only salary check, i don't think matter. But If you will continue work at same co., it is illegal to do so. you should not to work or some other way you should find out.
