Q. 실업수당 pending

2주간 실업수당을 받고 다시 2주치 certify 를 했는데 ...pending 상태로 이틀이 지났습니다.
뭐가 잘못이고 어떻게 해야 하나요?
전화도 안받는데...답변 부탁드립니다..

pending 상태로 이틀이 지났으면 잘못된것이 아니고 1-2일안에 Paid로 나오겠네요.

기다리시기 힘드시면 아래로 전화해보시지요...

My situation is similar. UI site shows my claimed weeks are all paid, last one on 4/17, but I haven't got any. I submitted first claim on 3/23. Sorry I had to type in English as I have not installed Korean font installed yet on my computer. Thank you very much!
