미국 세법상의 Resident라면 누구나 해외금용계좌를 6월 30일까지 신고해야합니다.해외금융계좌 신고대상은 bank account, brokerage account, mutual fund, unit trust, or other types of financial account입니다.
영주권자와 미국 시민권자는 모두 미국 세법상의 resident에 해당되므로 해외금용계좌를 신고하셔야 합니다.
