Fictitious Business name renew하는 것 하고 notary 하고는 연관이 없는데
online 으로 renew 하고 payment 보내시면 됩니다.
되돌아 온 매일에 정확히 영어로 뭐라고 써있습니까?

답장이 늦어서 죄송합니다. 내용인 즉슨
other :The affidavit must be notarized, please see the bottom portion of this page and comple and resubmit foe processing.
please include your rejection letter with your resubmitted document to expedite processing.
mail in: registrants are required to submit a complrted FBN statement and notarized affidavit of identity form.
옵션으로전화번호와 이메일 적으라는건 알겠는데 그다음은 이해가 안가네요.

LA 카운티 시군요.
LA 시는 mail 로 보내거나 제 삼자가 office를 방문해서 리뉴 할 경우 notarized affidavit of identity form을 요구하네요.
notarized affidavit of identity form을 다운 받으셔서 작성하시고 공증 받으신 후 rejection letter와 함께 보내시거나
본인이 직접 county recording office 방문하시면 notarized affidavit of identity form을 필요로 하지 않습니다.
