Answer 1. If parent got paid for disability in 2011, you need to find how much your parent got paid in 2011. Then, put the total amount on Parents' Other Untaxed Income in FAFSA.. Contact with Financial Aid Office in 4-5 days after you complete FAFSA online to find how much PELL will be.

Answer 3. Student can still apply for PELL (federal Grant) even parents are not in US, but student will not be eligible for State Grant because student is dependent.
