Q. speeding ticket - outside of states

I received my first speeding ticket back on November last year but it still didn't show on my records yet. And I just received another speeding ticket yesterday (8 months later). The area speed limit was 65 and i was driving 80 but police reduced my speed to 74. When he gave me the ticket, he mentioned about 4 points. I called my auto insurance company(All State) and they said I must got 2 points from each ticket which makes total 4 points. Is there anything I can do to reduce my point at this time? I live in North Carolina and I got speeding ticket in South Carolina.
