I am sorry, but it is hard to say "Yes" or "No" for your question. I can say that "No Credit" does not mean "Bad Credit" for Parent's Loan. If one of your parents applies for Parent's Loan and he or she is declined, you are able to have additional $2000 Unsubsidized Loan each semester ($4000 for Fall and Spring semesters). You need to be a dependent student for Parent's Loan.
