저는 이번달 12월 15일이 만 65세 생일이라 11월에 메디케어를 신청하고(메디칼은 10월에 신청- NON MAGI) SSA 제 어카운트에 들어가니 아래와 같이 되어 있습니다.

질문: 1.메디케어 카드는 아직 안 왔는데 카드가 와서 보험사를 선택한후 생일12월 15일 이후에 병원이용이 가능한가요? 질문2. PART B 보험료는 메디칼 승인이 나면 면제라고 하는데 그때까지 일단 납부해야 하는지요?
