안녕하세요. 어머니는 운전못하시고 거주 아이디만 가지고 계십니다. 얼마전 넘어진후 거동 불편하신데요. 자동차로 병원이나 모시고 갈경우에 장애자 팍킹에 할수있는 카드발급 받을수 있나요? 운전못해서 안되나요?

"A disabled person does not have to own a vehicle
to obtain a disabled persons parking permit (placard);
however, they must have a Georgia issued driver's license
or *** identification card***.

May be used in any vehicle that the disabled person is operating
or in which the disabled person is a passenger. "
