.6.15 구제 조치시 수수료를 지불 해야 하는것으로 알고 있는데..
형편이 허락치 않는 사람은 어떤것을 신청해서 면제 받을수 있는지요?
미리 준비 할수 있으면 하려고 합니다.
특별한 form이 있는지요?

뉴욕에 사무실을 두고 있는 최영수변호사입니다.

1. 면제되는 비용은 이민국수수료 $465입니다. 단, 이를 위해 시행지침에 맞는 조건을 증명해야 합니다. 구체적인 요건은 www.uscis.gov/childhoodarrivals 에 자세히 나와 있습니다.

2. 이 지침에 따르면 그 조건이 상당히 까다롭고 유예신청을 하기 전에 미리 이 수수료면제 신청을 해서 승인을 받아야 한다고 되어 있으므로 유예신청을 하기도 전에 수수료면제 시청만으로 시간적으로 상당히 지연될수 있는 가능성이 있습니다.

3. 구체적인 신청절차와 형식은 15일 발표한다고 하니 그때까지 기다려 자세한 내용을 가지고 시작해 보심이 어떨까 생각합니다.

이중 한가지라도 제출할 수 있으면 면제 받을 수 있다고 합니다. 도움 ㅤㄷㅚㅆ으면 하네요

USCIS will:

1. Accept affidavits from community-based or religious organizations to establish a requestor’s homelessness or lack of parental or other familial financial support.
2. Accept copies of tax returns, banks statement, pay stubs, or other reliable evidence of income level. Evidence can also include an affidavit from the applicant or a responsible third party attesting that the applicant does not file tax returns, has no bank accounts, and/or has no income to prove income level.
3. Accept copies of medical records, insurance records, bank statements, or other reliable evidence of unreimbursed medical expenses of at least $25,000.
4, Address factual questions through requests for evidence (RFEs).
