Q. I-485 denied 후

시민권 배우자랑 결혼해서 영주권 신청 들어갔는데 i-130은 인터뷰 후 바로 승인되었는데 i-485 notice of intent to deny편지 받고 30일안에 추가서류 보내라고 해서 보냈는데 보낸지 2주후 결국 denial 빋았습니다. 이유는 After reviewing the evidence and the testimony provided at the interview, USCIS records indicate that
you are inadmissible for the following reason(s):
On March 26, 2025, we sent you a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID), requesting you to provideresponse with the requested evidence was due to USCIS no later than April 28, 2025. You did not
respond to the NOID.
You failed to provide all the evidence requested in the NOID. For this reason, we consider your Form
I-485 abandoned. In accordance with 8CFR, Part 103.2(b)(13), the application is hereby denied due to
abandonment.
이런 이유라고 합니다. 답장을 28일까지 보냈는데 이것은 제가 포기한것으로 간주한다는거 같은데 이런 경우에는 어떻게 대처를 해야할까요?변호사가 너무 늦게 답장을 한걸까요?이것은 uscis에 전화해야 하는걸까요?? i-290 항소를 할 수 있다고 되어 있는데 항소를 하는게 맞을까요? 지금 이런 시기에 ㅠㅠ
