AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
AND THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA ON SOCIAL SECURITY
Article 2. 1. b <- - -
[For the United States,
the Agreement applies to title II of the U.S. Social Security Act
and the corresponding tax laws
(the Federal Insurance Contributions Act
and the Self-Employment Contributions Act of 1954)
and any regulations pertaining to those laws.
The Agreement does NOT apply to Medicare provisions
(section 226 and 226A of the Social Security Act)
