Q. 485- RFE 추가서류 질문이요

안녕하세요,
485 신청했고 RFE 추가서류에 관해 나왔는데요.
범죄 기록에 관련한 것입니다. 어릴적 실수와 잘못으로 저질른 샵리프팅인데 당시 봉사활동 하루 하고 현제 모두 dispossed 되었고 지난번 485 신청시 court disposition letter 냈구요, 그때 폴리스 리포트를 스킵하고 다른 레터를 보내었습니다.

RFE 내용은 아래와 같은데 어떻게 준비해야 하는지 조심히 상담 부탁드리도록 하겠습니다.

1) Regarding your arrest in 2000, Please submit a copy of the arrest report and copies any other document in your possession regarding the arrest and subsequent proceedings.
2) You have submitted evidence that the charges against you were dismissed. Nevertheless, do you admit having committed act which constitute the essential elements of one or both of those charges? _____ If not, please explain
3) Please submit evidence which establishes what in 2000 was the maximum penalty possible in New York for a class A misdemeanor.
4) If either of the charges filed against you is not a crime involving moral turpitude, please submit evidence of this.

현재 police report 신청 메일은 보내놓은 상태이며
Criminal complaint letter 받았습니다.
