안녕하세요,


2020년도에 결혼 영주권을 내서 이제  Form I-751,  Evidence of the relationship을 준비중인데요,

 

" Submit copies of as many documents as you can to establish this fact, to demonstrate the circumstances of the relationship from the date of the marriage to the present date;" 라는 말에서, 그럼


1) Marriage certificate, join account, utility bills, travels, 등등 제가 2020년 영주권 서류 냈을때 냈던 자료들을 다시 내야 되는 건가요?


2)  bank account, utility bills 을 내야되는데, 년마다(?) 몇달치(?) 를 보여줘야 지금까지 의 결혼생활을 잘 보여지게 되나요?

1. 영주권 신청시에 내신 서류는 다시내지 않으셔도 됩니다. 

2. bank statement, utiliti bills 는 다 내셔야 하는 것은 아니고, 다른 서류에 비추어 적절하다고 생각하시는 만큼만 내 주시면 됩니다.
