Q. Unemployment 에 2가지 신청 못하나요 ?

하나는 자영업. 다른 하나는 남 밑에서 일하고 있습니다 파트타임으로.

현재 파트타임으로는 unemployment 수당을 받고 있습니다 그런데 어제부터 자영업자도 file 할 수 있다고 해서 해 보려고 했는데 이미 가입이 되어 있다고 하면서 어플라이를 못하게 하는 거 같습니다
한 사람당 하나만 apply 해야 하나요 ??

" Did you receive $2,500 or more in wages on a W-2 from any employer . . .Have you filed a regular unemployment claim in Colorado since 01/01/2019? If yes, do not file a (PUA) claim here. "

저와 같은 처지이네요. 그런데 EDD PUA section 에 들가보니 이렇게 써있네요.
We have a dedicated team working around the clock with state partners to build this new program as quickly as possible.
