해당 지역 우체국에 문의해 보시면 어떨까요?
렌트 계약서에 적힌 emergency contact에
전화로 또는 편지로 연락할 수도 있지 않을까요?
속상하고 귀찮으겠지만
캘리포니아 주 법에 정해진 바에 따라
절차를 진행해야 한다고 봅니다.
( Section 1951.3 of the CA Civil Code).
in California, if you believe a tenant has abandoned the property with no intention of returning, YOU MUST PROVIDE AN OFFICIAL NOTICE TO THE TENANT at the tenant’s last known address stating your belief that the property has been abandoned.
(NRS 118A.480.)
YOU MUST file an eviction case in order to remove the tenant!
IF YOU LOCK the tenant out of the property, use force or threats to remove the tenant, or terminate the tenant’s utilities or services,
YOU could be SUED by the TENANT and PUNISHED by the COURT.
