Q. R-1 비자 연장 신청

안녕하세요.

이번에 R-1 비자 연장 신청을 위해 서류 작성 중 궁금한 부분이 있어서 문의
드립니다.

R-1 Classification Supplement to Form I-129 문서 작성 시,

Section 1-2 질문에 관한 질문,

"Has the beneficiary or any of the beneficiary's dependent family members previously been admitted to the United States for a period of stay in the R visa classification in the last five years?"

에 "YES" 혹은 "NO" 를 답해야 하는데, 제가 연장 신청을 하는 것이기 때문에,
"YES"에 체크하는 것이 맞나요?

그리고 "YES"에 체크를 했을 경우,

"If yes, complete the space below. List the beneficiary and any dependent family member's prior period of stay in the R visa classification in the United States in the last five years. Please be sure to list only those period in which the beneficiary and/or family members were actually in the United States in an R classification." 이라는 항목이 있습니다.

종교 비자로 실질 체류 기간으르 묻는 질문 같은데,
제 생각으론 I-797에 나온 기간을 기입하면 될 것 같은데,
"From"에 종교비자 시작 기간을 적으면 될 것 같은데,
"To"에는 오늘 날짜를 기입해야 하는지, 아니면 "current"라고 적어 놓으면 될지, 그것도 아니면 I-797 만료일을 기입해야 할 지 모르겠네요.
