Hi,

Before I received my PR, for years, I did recieve small checkes of $750- every 2 weeks.

Now that I am applying for Citizenship, I was adviced not to worry about those earnings since I did not file any W-forms for tax filing.

PLEASE ADVICE ME.

The fact that you did not pay taxes for several years may be a problem when you file for citizenship. One of the requirements to naturalize is that the applicant must have good moral character. If you did not pay taxes that you owed, then U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) may determine that you lack good moral character for citizenship purposes. You may try and resolve your tax issues before filing your naturalization paperwork.
