Q. Last name Change

Sorry, I don't have access to Korean keyboard in my computer...

Is it possible if someone can change the last name, when he/she apply for US citizenship?

ie. Younghee Park --> Younghee Lee

One of my friends has a daughter whose last name is Park, but she doesn't know her blood father, has never lived with him and only knows she is Park's blood. And her mom had no choice but to choose the last name Park and name her after baby's blood father's last name in Korea when she applied for a birth certificate. And now she wants to change her last name after her mom's last name Lee.

Any experts who can help me with this would be highly appreciated.

시민권 신청서에 보면 이름변경 신청란이 있으므로 이를 이용하시면 법원의 판결을 받지 않아도 됩니다. 시민권 신청 계획이 있으시면 이를 이용해 이름변경하시는게 간편합니다. 이름변경 요청없이 시민권을 신청하는 경우보다 시민권을 받기까지 몇 개월씩 더 걸리수 있습니다.
