식당에 본인의 우울중때문에 강아지를 데리고 들어오는 것은 American Disability Act 에서 이야기하는 Service Animal 에 해당하지 않으리라고 사료됩니다. ADA 에서는 Service Animal 을 다음과 같이 정의하였습니다.
“Service animal means any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability.”
그러므로 "Emotional Support" 감정적인 도움용으로는 해당이 되지 않으리라고 사료됩니다.
술의 Take Out Order 의 경우, 식당이 소유하고 있는 Liquor License 의 종류에 따라서 가능여부가 달라질듯 사료되지만, 일반적으로는 안되리라고 사료됩니다.
