court date 에 출석하시면
법원 판사는 교통 위반 기각된 케이스들을 먼저 발표하고
항소 사건을 시작는데요.

질문자분의 케이스가 dismissed case 케이스들에 포함되었으면
코트 날짜 날에 그때까지
"The ticket is not yet in the Court System" 으로
운좋게 해당 티켓이 dismiss 되는 경우가 있으리라 봅니다.

[To contest by mail you fill out the information
on the back of the citation and mail it in with
any requested accompanying documents
by the due date indicated.

Note that if the driver was not you,
you will be"required" to identify the driver
if you contest by mail.

If you don’t want to do that, you will have to go to court.]
